Careers

Mount Tamalpais College is growing. By operating a robust, high-quality Associate of Arts degree program at San Quentin State Prison for over 20 years, we’ve built a reputation as a leader in higher education for incarcerated people. We recently achieved our official accreditation from the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges. Mount Tamalpais College is unique in the field, as an independent liberal arts institution specifically serving incarcerated students.

We seek candidates who are committed to our mission and to working with diverse communities. People directly impacted by incarceration, or reflecting the cultural, ethnic, socio-economic, and racial diversity of our student body are especially encouraged to apply. Mount Tamalpais College is not hiring at this time. Please check back for future opportunities.
